We roasted our Sumatran coffee beans to share with you this week. During the community collaboration blend coffee survey, this coffee was one of our subscribers top four favorites! This fair trade organic coffee comes from the Ketiara Cooperative located in the Bener Mariah highland area in the Aceh Providence of Sumatra. To learn more about this coffee visit our website.

If you are not consistently thrilled, please let us know how we might better provide you with what you’re looking for. Would you prefer a darker roast, and if so, do you know how dark? Are you looking for lighter roasts, more blends, or coffee from certain regions of the world?
While part of being part of the CSCR means you get the fun of trying different coffees from week to week, we also want to fine tune this as much as possible. As we continue to grow and eventually open in the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory, we look forward to being able to cater more to your individual tastes and preferences!
