This Week’s Share
This week we are roasting our new Nicaraguan beans! This Fair Trade Organic coffee is sourced from family owned farms called Cooperativa Multifuncional Family Coffee R.L., a cooperative that was founded in 2013. These families live within the department of Jinotega, Nicaragua.
Rwanda Sample Survey
Last week everyone with a share should have gotten a small silver bag with their share! Hopefully you’ve had a chance to have a little taste test with the coffees. This week will be the same: Inside the silver bag in sections marked 1 and 2 are samples of another new coffee, an FTO Rwanda, roasted two different ways. Have a little tasting party with yourself or maybe invite a couple friends (it is a small sample), and give us your thoughts! There are no right or wrong answers. It’s all about what you like. Feel free to share as much or as little as you want! We hope you have fun with it! Some things to consider sharing:
-What brewing method did you use?
-Which one did you prefer – 1 or 2?
-Is there anything in particular you can describe as to your preference?
-Anything else you wish to add!
