For this week’s share we are creating a ‘Get Out and Vote’ Blend! The New York primary is Tuesday April 19th and we encourage all of our members to take part in it! This blend will feature darkly roasted Peruvian beans, with medium roasted Costa Rican beans for a bold flavor with good caffeine content to ensure ample motivation and inspiration for primary week! There are a lot of amazing volunteer opportunities and events starting up this weekend in celebration of Earth Day! Find us this Saturday at the Middle Main Clean-Up which starts at 10am and the SPOKE Bike Rodeo which starts at 12pm! Find the info here.
Have a Keurig Machine?
We had samples of coffee pods that can be used with the Keurig machine made with our coffee by a company we met at Coffee Fest! We are seeking some ‘Official Testers’ to let us know about the quality of the coffee and their interest in the coffee pod option to help us decide if we should generate (recyclable) coffee pods for Poughkeepsie!
